Syntax

(* expr ... )
expr - integer or floating point number/expression
returns - the result of the multiplication

Description

The '*' function multiplies one or more numbers together and returns the result.

Examples

(* 1)                                 ; returns 1
(* 1 2)                               ; returns 2
(* 1 2 3)                             ; returns 6
(* 1 2 3 4)                           ; returns 24
(print (+ 1 2 (* 3.5 (/ 3.9 1.45))))  ; returns and prints 12.4138
